Menu Card Designer

List your courses and watch them become a table-ready menu card. One course per line — use “Course — description” for a two-part line, or a plain line on its own. Free, no sign-up, print as many as you need.

Quick example: Emma & Liam's prefilled menu has a starter, two mains and dessert, so you can see exactly how course lines and descriptions are laid out.

Pick a theme, then fine-tune with the three colour pickers. Your design saves automatically in this browser.

How it works

Each line of the courses box becomes one course. The part before an em dash (—) is set as the course name and the rest as its description. Keep descriptions short so the card stays airy.

Frequently asked questions

How many menu cards do we need?

One per table is the budget option; one per place setting looks smartest. The PNG is the same either way — just print more copies.

How do I format a course?

One course per line. Write “Course — description” (like the examples) to get a bold course name with a smaller description, or a plain line for a single-line course.

What size is the menu card?

1500 × 2100 pixels — 5 × 7 inches at 300 dpi, a standard table menu size.

Can I add an allergy note?

Yes — that is what the footer line is for. The prefilled footer asks guests to mention allergies.

Please check before you print or share. Confirm the final menu, spelling of dishes and any allergy wording with your caterer before printing the full batch.
